Products Introduction

There are three steps to produce the shattered cotton, as follows: first, melting high-pure raw materials, such as fireclay, alumina powder, cab-o-sil, chrome sand, etc. in the industrial furnace to make these raw materials become fluid; second, jetting the fluid by compressed air or centrifuging the fluid by centrifuger to make it become threadiness; at last, collecting the threadiness by condenser, and the ceramic fiber cotton is produced successfully. Ceramic blanket/ felt/ board/ paper/ cloth/ rope and other ceramic fiber products can be produced by shattered cotton through further processing. Ceramic fiber is a kind of insulating materials which has these characteristics, such as light-weight, high-strength, antioxidation, low thermal conductivity, good softness, anti-corrosion, low heat capacity, sound insulation and so on.
